Shipping

Orders will be shipped via DHL EXPRESS within 1 business day of ordering and will take between 2-7 days to be delivered.

Weather

We may have hold off sending your order if we feel hot weather could cause damage.

Returns

We understand that under certain circumstances you may wish to return a product to us. If this is the case, please email us at hello@pumpyjackson.com with you Name, Order and Reason for Return. From there we will assess your request and will inform you on how to proceed. Please note that all return claims need to be made within 5 days of receipt.
